Plage du Fort-Carré
Only a 6-minute walk from the apartment complex is the beautiful natural beach ‘Plage du Fort-Carré’ with a sensational view of Nice, Villeneuve-Loubet and the Fort Carré. A natural spectacle in its own right, from mirror-smooth to high waves, everything is possible. There are clean toilet facilities, showers, a snack bar and a lifeguard on site. The firework festivals by the sea are a highlight.
The way to the beaches
The map shows you the bus stations around our complex in the respective directions. The quickest way to reach the beaches is to take bus number 16 in the direction of ‘Place Guynemer’. You get off at the main railway station in Antibes. From there, take bus number 2 in the direction of Eden Roc and get off at Chemin des Ondes. From there, walk to the beach of your choice.
Hidden beaches and places
The Cap of Antibes offers beautiful hidden sandy beaches and coves that can be reached by bus lines and a short walk.
Plage des Ondes
From your exit point, walk straight downhill along the Chemin des Ondes path. As you go downhill, you will see the beautiful crystal-clear beach with the small town of Juan Les Pins in the background. The little ruin in the water is particularly cute. Showers and public toilets are available.
Plage de la Baie des Milliardaires
The absolute insider tip is the Plage de la Baie des Milliardaires. It is the start and end point of the hike around the Cap.
Plage de la Garoupe
The Plage de La Garoupe is located in a strait on the Cap d’ Antibes. The high-class restaurant ‘Plage Keller’ is located on this beach, as well as a beach section with bookable sun loungers. Sanitary facilities and showers are available.
The 2 city beaches
– La Salis and La Gravette – can be reached on foot or by taking line 16 towards ‘Place Guynemer’. In both cases, the exit point is the terminus. Showers, toilet facilities and snack bars are available on both beaches.
